Cancellation, Refunds and Returns

We process orders once payment reflects in our bank account. Your EFT transfers can take up to 48 hours to clear. We trust that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all products returned to us within 7 (seven) days of your receipt of goods; provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund. If the products have been approved for refund, we will notify you and either arrange for our couriers to collect the item from you or request that you post it back to us. Courier and postage fees will be for your account. We will refund the purchase price of the product excluding delivery fees within 5 working days of receiving the returned product. Payment will be done either by EFT to your bank account or via PAYFAST transfer to your credit card.
