Easter Chocolate, Self-Care & Sunday Rituals for Glowing Wellness

Easter Chocolate, Self-Care & Sunday Rituals for Glowing Wellness

Posted by Nicole Sherwin on

Easter has always held a special place in my heart. A time of renewal, soft joy, and sweet moments with loved ones. But somewhere along the way, it became saturated with sugar highs and chocolate bunnies that spike our insulin, only to leave us crashing a few hours later. So, this year, I invite you to lean into a more conscious Easter. One rooted in self-love, nourishment, and skin-loving rituals.
Let’s make this Easter Sunday one to remember — not for how much chocolate we ate, but for how good we felt in our bodies, our skin, and our spirit.

The Chocolate You Can Say Yes To
Let’s start with the sweet stuff (because, of course). Here’s a sugar-free, superfood-rich chocolate recipe that delivers indulgence without the blood sugar spike. Perfect as a treat, a gift, or a delicious moment of mindfulness.
 Sugar-Free Cacao & Date Easter Bliss Bites
Ingredients:
* 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
* 3 tbsp raw cacao powder
* 1/2 cup almond flour (or desiccated coconut)
* 1 tbsp coconut oil
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* Pinch of sea salt
* Optional: crushed almonds, goji berries, cacao nibs, or hemp seeds for rolling
Method:
1. Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes if they’re a little dry.
2. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until a sticky dough forms.
3. Roll into bite-sized truffle balls and coat with your toppings of choice.
4. Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes before serving.
These are high in magnesium, fibre, and natural sweetness — and zero refined sugar. Your body (and skin) will love you for it.

Easter Self-Care: The Sunday Ritual Your Soul’s Been Waiting For
While the world is on a sugar spree, let’s do something different. Let’s turn inward. Let’s soften. Let’s honour our beautiful selves with a full-body pamper ritual that celebrates the season of renewal.
Your Easter Self-Care Glow List
Let this be your skin-loving, soul-soothing, you-first moment.
1.  Purify & Cleanse
 - Start with the Natural Face Wash – a gentle, pH-balanced botanical cleanser that washes away impurities and makes your skin feel light and alive.
2. Polish & Exfoliate
- Slough away dullness with our Ecofoliant Skin Polish. It boosts collagen, circulation, and makes room for radiance. Let it remind you that we’re always allowed to begin again.
3. Hydrate & Plump-
Mist your face with our Liquid Vitamin Hydra Mist — a floral vitamin tonic that quenches thirsty skin and uplifts your senses with every spritz.
4. Moisturise & Repair
- Massage in the Superfood Face Serum and follow with the Ultimate Face Cream. Together they feed your skin with antioxidants, omegas and adaptogens for a radiant, resilient glow.
5. Nourish Your Body
 - Lather up with the Vitamin Body Oil post-shower or bath. It’s pure silk for your skin, packed with omega-rich oils and the aroma of wild botanicals.
6. Optional Divine Detox:
 Sip on Good Gut Glow while you pamper. It’s our skin-from-within superfood smoothie powder that supports gut health, immunity, and clear skin.

A Final Whisper from My Heart

Easter isn’t just about eggs or rituals passed down. It’s about rebirth — a gentle returning to ourselves.

This Sunday, I hope you choose to nourish rather than numb, soften rather than strive, and bloom rather than burn out.
You are enough. Right now. In this very moment.

Here’s to a sugar-free Easter that still tastes like joy — and to the glow that comes from within.
With so much love,
Nicole x
