When I first started Eco Diva Natural, I had one clear intention: to create something unique that led with heart, soul, and kindness — to humans, to animals, and to the planet. Every formulation, every message, every package has always carried that same vibration of care.
So when we recently expanded to a larger warehouse and fulfilment centre to scale our business, I truly believed it was the next aligned step — a chance to grow, streamline operations, and deliver faster service to our beautiful community.
But over the past few months, my heart started whispering louder. We began receiving reports from customers who experienced broken bottles, damaged boxes, and, heartbreakingly, even missing products. This was not the energy of kindness and care that has been the heartbeat of Eco Diva Natural for over a decade.
I started this journey to bring conscious beauty to the world — not just through what’s inside our bottles, but in every touchpoint of our brand. And so, after deep reflection (and a few tears), I’ve decided to pivot again.
We’re bringing the bulk of our stock back home — into my own space, my sanctuary — where I can personally oversee every order, every box, every lovingly packed parcel. Our small, dedicated team will once again handle your glow goodies with the same care, attention, and gratitude that built this brand from the ground up.
Pivoting in business is not something to fear — it’s something to embrace. It’s a sacred opportunity to realign with what truly matters. To pause, listen, and return to integrity. To lead from love instead of logistics.
