I was recently asked what topic I could talk about for 20 minutes without any preparation. It has to be about healing ANY skin condition naturally. I’m so passionate about this subject because I went through a terrible time with my own skin and was able to successfully re-balanced it from pigmentation, adult acne and rosacea. Skin health is not about a quick fix or the next trending product, it’s a realignment of one’s thinking, feeling and being. Our skin talks to us and when it’s out of balance there is always something fundamentally deeper needing our attention.
1. I started by re-imagining my skin health and focusing on what my skin needed in order to heal. I found 100% natural clean ingredients with plant superfoods and vitamins to be a total game-changer. Watching how my skin began to heal felt like a miracle.
2. I also focused on my gut health and found what foods I needed to avoid like sugar, dairy and animal protein- and what foods would rather feed and nurture my skin instead of harm it from the inside out.

When we are stressed it sends out negative energy that reduces our cortisol production and speeds up ageing. Learning to manage my stress has been another game-changer. Cortisol is an essential hormone that affects almost every organ and tissue in your body. It plays many important roles, including: Regulating your body's stress response. Helping control your body's use of fats, proteins and carbohydrates, and your metabolism, not to mention our skin.
