It’s launch time and we’re all beside ourselves with excitement here at Eco Diva to showcase our hottest new baby, just in time for summer.
When I started experimenting on this latest product, there were 3 key focus areas that were super important for me. The first was to create a glamourous, yet natural-looking skin glow or bronzer without any harmful chemicals. The second was to comply with the fundamentals of our brand ethos: Good for you, good for your health, good for the planet. The third was to make people feel truly loved when they wear it. 100 percent in keeping with our hashtag and motto: ‘#FLY First Love Yourself’.
With those 3 vital elements in mind, I gathered some of my favourite ingredients and set about, (as I used to do when I created recipe’s on SABC3’s Expresso Show) by playing & experimenting with ingredients in my ‘home lab’ (my kitchen). It was such a fun, albeit quite a messy one, and I tested ingredient after ingredient until I found just the right mix of alchemy and the perfect recipe for true ‘divaglow’ magic.
Once thoroughly satisfied, I offered samples to my wonderful brand ambassadors and make-up artists to try and test. We were thrilled to find out that our new ‘diva’ was chosen by make-up artist Renee de Wit of Gorgeous2Go South Africa to travel to Thailand with the World Swimsuit production to adorn their gorgeous models’ skin. We are also thrilled that our current Miss South Africa, the impeccable Tamaryn Green has taken a set with her to the Miss Universe pageant 2018 to glow like the queen she is.
